The Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA) provides an effective and efficient government funding model that helps owners and operators meet financial responsibility and environmental cleanup requirements for underground storage tanks.

This is a great opportunity to help build a brand-new program from the ground up to meet the needs of Washingtonians across the state.  You will be developing and implementing PLIA's expanded technical assistance program which was authorized unanimously by the state legislature this year and has already started generating significant interest in the environmental community.
