Tacoma Housing Authority Maintenance Supervisor Recruitment

The Maintenance Supervisor position supports Tacoma Housing Authority's (THA's) strategic and operational objectives in the following way: plans, organizes, and oversees all Maintenance personnel and facility maintenance operations.  In partnership with the Portfolio Managers, Senior Property Manager and Property Managers, the position oversees the maintenance of all THA properties so they are safe, enjoyable places to live, efficient to operate, good neighbors, attractive assets to their neighborhoods and fully compliant with all governing rules and regulations.
