Case Manager - WA State Military Department Bremerton, WA

Under the supervision of the Recruiting, Placement and Mentor (RPM) Coordinator (Youth Academy Counseling and Coordination Specialist 4), is responsible for facilitating the mentoring program, teaching and coaching goal setting and action planning with cadets, promoting positive placement for cadet graduates, and tracking the post-residential activities and placement of the WYA graduates. This position has a direct impact on the goal setting skills the youth develop while at the academy, the ongoing development of the mentoring relationship, and contributes data for the monthly and yearly report generated to the National Guard Bureau.
