Spare Change has partnered with the Northwest African-American Museum to bring you the 5th(!) pop-up spoken word showcase. Spare Change is a series of curated social juxtaposing visual art and spoken word performance. The vibe is designed to foster healthy dialogue and new connections amongst people of color in an effort to unify, empower and uplift our community. We believe conversation and connection have the power to evoke change.

Complementary refreshments will be provided. 
Cash wine & beer bar-drink tickets available for purchase with valid ID.

Doors open at 7PM. Performances start at 8PM.

Come early to browse the EVERYDAY BLACK contemporary photography exhibit by Jessica Rycheal and Zorn B. Taylor. Curated by C. Davida Ingram and Leilani Lewis.
