Equity and Deeper Learning with Pedro Noguera

One of the nation’s leading voices for a healthy public education system, Pedro Noguera, will discuss the connections between equity and education during a January 10 lecture co-sponsored by the University of Washington College of Education.

Noguera’s talk, part of the UW’s 2016-17 public lecture series, "Keeping the Conversation Going: Privilege,” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Kane Hall 120. The College of Education is hosting pre-lecture reception with Noguera for students, alumni, faculty and friends, taking place 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Kane Hall Walker-Ames Room. Register is free but required for both the reception and lecture.
