Commissioner Dolly England
Dolly is a long time SW Washington resident and Clark County native having attended school K-12 in the Vancouver School District in addition to being a graduate of the Evergreen State College. She has over 15 years experience in community health; having worked as a health educator providing outreach and education around HIV/AIDS, reproductive health and chronic disease management. In addition, she has worked as an HIV Case Manager in SE Alaska, and spent 3 years as the Vice President of the Vancouver NAACP.
Her interests include: Health Equity, Social Equity, Social Media, Community Outreach and Organizing, Health Education, Prevention, and Promotion.
Dolly is currently working as the Diversity Outreach Manager at Clark College where she is responsible for diversity recruitment of faculty and staff. She recently started her own project consulting business and hopes to inspire new and innovative work in her community.
